The Indian Point B&B

A cozy 1 bedroom studio apartment with a full bathroom and kitchen located in downtown Frederica, DE. This space has its own private entrance so that you can come and go as you please. This apartment is 2.5 miles from Delaware Turf Sports Complex, 9 miles to Dover Air Force Base and 30 miles from Delaware beaches. Route 1 freeway access is an easy 1/2 mile from the apartment. The space New memory foam mattresses are included on all beds and hotel quality cotton sheets (The king bed is a comfortable 12 inch memory foam). There is a 65 inch HDTV with channels available via YouTubeTV. A desk (as pictured) with charging for laptop/devices or for eating a meal is provided. White noise machines are available at each nightstand if you prefer white noise while you sleep. Two lounge chairs are available for guests comfort. This space is professionally cleaned after each use. The town of Frederica does have two good restaurant options. Frederica Pizza and Pasta house is a short walk from the front door of this apartment and a great place to grab something to eat or drink without having to get in your car. Burgers & Brews is also a short walk and has live music most weekends (open March – November). JPs on the Wharf is another great restaurant with live music on the weekends located 6.2 miles in the small fishing town of Bowers Beach. On street parking is free and available. While there is plenty of on street parking, there is no off street parking available. Other things to note NO SMOKING. Any smoking done in the unit will result in an automatic $500 fee. There is a firehouse across the street from this space. Alarms are not daily and most are not during bedtime hours, however, full disclosure that there is the chance of the sound of a fire siren.
