The Cottage on College in Downtown Conway

Located in the heart of beautiful and vibrant downtown Conway, the Cottage on College is a cozy & unique experience. The recently renovated 1937 home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, full dining room, kitchen, laundry room & private parking. Enjoy the sun or shade in the large fenced-in backyard. The Cottage is a 4 minute walk to Central Baptist College and within a 6 minute drive to UCA, Hendrix, 2 hospitals, sports complexes, parks, walk/bike trails, shopping and downtown The space The Cottage was once known as 'the home to Conway's Fortune Teller'. We have incorporated bits of 'fortune teller' vibes throughout the home. The space boasts original (refinished) hardwood floors, a cast-iron claw foot tub and mostly original doors, windows, trim & hardware. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of the supply closet. The backyard contains an in-ground storm shelter that may be used during a weather threat but otherwise please don't use. Use the front door to access the home. The keypad lights up when touched. We will send your access code the day of your arrival. Once inside, you are welcome to use any of the doors but you will not have a key for any doors. PLEASE NOTE that there are 3-5 steps at each entrance. Other things to note Very short checkout list is requested but not required: • load & start the dishwasher • take trash & recycle to the bins
