Only 10 minutes from Titusville! Close to hunting game lands and stocked fishing streams. Fully remodeled cabin in a quiet setting that you will find cozy and peaceful with frequent wild life visitors to the yard. Deer can be seen almost daily, along with occasional visits from turkey, woodchucks, rabbits, chipmunks, squirrels, and rarely a bear. The private screened-in back porch is a favorite spot. Close enough to other towns ( Franklin & Oil City 25 min; Meadville 30 min; Erie 60 min). The space It is a very homey and comfortable cabin. The reclining sofas, comfortable beds, gas fireplace, and quiet atmosphere makes it a great place for rest and relaxation. The cabin was fully remodeled and stocked as if we were going to live there. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets are fully supplied for your needs. Even coffees, teas, cooking oils, spices and some condiments are supplied. We even have camp chairs and extendable utensils to cook hot dogs and marshmallows around the fire pit. Free firewood is provided. Many say it is nicer than the pictures portray and enjoy it so much that we have many repeat guests. You must come to experience how special this place really is. The wildlife viewings and bird watching from the picture windows is a favorite along with the screened-in back porch with a swing and picnic table. Sunrises across the road are also a daily masterpiece to enjoy. Guest access You have the whole cabin to enjoy with 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. All on one floor with a laundry room. A private driveway and setting that includes a fire pit area with supplied free firewood. There is about an acre of ground around the house. We ask gets to not go past the fire pit and blueberry bushes to enhance the wildlife viewing. By not disturbing the surrounding area, the animals feel more comfortable to be seen closer to the house.
