This is the ultimate luxury stay and play destination in the city! 📍 The space This historic building built in 1883 has been extensively renovated to provide all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Also on site is the elegant new whiskey lounge called Tartan House. This is a separate business serving a curated list of spirits and luxury cocktails in a refined setting, and it can also be booked for private events. You will have private access to your suite located on the second floor in the front building right above a central courtyard. Single Malt at Tartan House is a spacious modern studio featuring one king bed and one queen sofa bed. It includes a convenient kitchenette with a microwave, a coffee bar, and a mini fridge to comfortably sleep two to four guests. The large open concept living area is perfect to gather, eat, drink, or watch television. You can gather together or use the space to enjoy absolute privacy. All furniture and amenities are brand new and carefully chosen to ensure a comfortable stay. A Keurig coffee maker and fresh coffee are provided for you. Enjoy 4K Smart TVs equipped with YouTube TV for local and cable channels, plus access to all your favorite streaming apps. Guests will enjoy access to the suite using a digital keyless door lock. Cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience. One secure off street parking spot is available at the rear of the property, with additional free parking located along Main Street. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS We are an integrated partner with Airbnb. Because of this, our guests must complete a separate host rental agreement that will be sent to you after booking. Additionally, a credit card will be required to authorize a 300 dollar security deposit hold.
