The perfect short term rental for families and/or small groups. The most bang for your buck. Sleeps up to 10, featuring exotic African decor, video games, VR headsets, Karaoke, modern appliances, movie room, fitness center, backyard, front porch, patio, and a 6 person jacuzzi for you and up to 9 guests. We also have a sports bar lounge that features a big screen TV, billiards, air hockey, foosball, darts, Pop-A-Shot, putt putt, card table, and board games. We have a free laundry. The space My place is ideal for family and friends on a budget. The neighborhood is uber quiet with access to literally hundreds of restaurants, grocery stores, and retailers (local and chain) within 10 minutes driving distance and within 30 minutes depending on traffic from area major attraction in the St. Louis metropolitan area i.e major sporting events, Cardinals baseball, Blues hockey, MLS City Soccer, Downtown, Westport Plaza, City Museum, Central West End, Delmar Loop, and Illinois attractions such as NASCAR racing and horse racing.. Please message for longer stays and other places to visit and things to do while you're in the St. Louis metropolitan area. Guest access Guest have access to the entire house except swimming pool (in line to be repaired in 2027). Smoking allowed outside in 2 areas (front porch and backyard). Guests are required to clean up all smoking related residue. Other things to note Guests should be mindful of the quiet neighborhood. Don't drive up and down the street or pull into the driveway with loud music. Smoking is allowed only outside on the front porch and clean up after yourself.
