Guest access The entire property is available to guests, including its array of amenities. -NO MORE THAN 14 PEOPLE (**PER THE HOMEOWNER, MAX OF 8 ADULTS AND 6 CHILDREN**) NOTE: To access the lake, pop over to Allison Creek Park (2 miles away) to access the lake. Allison Creek Park is a 160-acre park offering guests a wide variety of day use recreational opportunities including 4 boat ramps, a kayak/canoe launch, a fishing dock, 3 miles of trails, a playground, and picnic shelters. On the morning of check-in, you will receive your own personal access code for the property to use throughout your stay. This code will only work from your reservation check-in time through your reservation check-out time. Other things to note -NO MORE THAN 14 PEOPLE (**PER THE HOMEOWNER, MAX OF 8 ADULTS AND 6 CHILDREN**) -MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK IS 25 - TRASH MUST BE BAGGED, SECURELY TIED, FREE FROM BREAKAGE AND BAGGED IN 13-GALLON BAGS **UNBAGGED/TIED TRASH IN BINS: $50 FINE** -DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING ASIDE FROM TOILET PAPER INTO TOILETS (**EVEN IF THEY SAY SAFE FOR PLUMBING**). ANYTHING ELSE WILL CLOG THE SEPTIC SYSTEM. -NO PARTIES OR EVENTS -SORRY, PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED -NO SMOKING/VAPING ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY - A $500 FINE WILL BE IMPOSED IF THIS RULE IS NOT FOLLOWED -THE FIREPLACES ARE NON-FUNCTIONING AND SHOULD NOT BE USED BY GUESTS -PLEASE EXERCISE SAFETY AT ALL TIMES IN AND AROUND THE SWIMMING POOL AREA and HOT TUB. DO NOT DIVE INTO THE POOL AND BE SURE TO MONITOR CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES. -DO NOT EVER USE BLEACH TO CLEAN OR WASH LAUNDRY OR TO CLEAN THE TOILETS. Not safe for the septic tank. ***EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS*** We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request. This will depend on the property and the cleaner's availability. We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee. ***Check-Out Time & Late Departure Policy*** Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Host. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour and charged at the top of each hour thereafter (e.g., checking out at 12:10 PM will result in a $100 fee). This fee covers delays with cleaning staff and turnover schedules. Guests are urged to check out on time to avoid any additional fees. **If Guests would like to see if our cleaners are able to accommodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS must be made 24 HOURS in advance.** **Please note that as part of the reservation booking process, we ask guests to visit a link to e-sign a rental agreement. In NC, written rental agreements are required to be compliant with the NC Vacation Rental Act. We include them as best practice for our listings in SC. There is also a link to a quick Point of Contact form which helps make for a smoother check-in process.** Trust & Safety: *As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate. The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5,000 for content and $5,000 for dwelling. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Everlong Residential will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest.
