The space Come enjoy nearly 1900 sq feet of space in our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom waterfront home situated on 2 acres of beautifully wooded Florida landscape at Sparkman Lake in Brooksville, Florida. This property is located 30 miles to the Gulf of Mexico. A 45 minute drive to Tampa, a one hour drive to Orlando. A 30 minute drive to Crystal River where natural springs keep the water warm year round. One of the few places on earth you can swim with Manatees. A vacation rental wonderland for families with children that love the outdoors or couples looking for a romantic getaway. Enjoy peace and tranquility retreat or choose playful activities on Florida’s gulf coast. Recently renovated from top to bottom. Enjoy a private sitting room off of the master bedroom which can be used for infant/toddler accommodations. Relax on a private deck or sit around the fire chatting about the day’s events. We encourage you to discover the surrounding area. You might be lucky enough to come across some of our favorite visitors pictured here in the gallery. There is plenty of space for the kids to run during the day and allow you relaxation at night. Enjoy the propane fire table on the back deck or sip a glass of wine as the beautiful Florida sunset sinks into the Gulf of Mexico surrounding you with the peaceful beauty of the Florida night. A full-size washer and dryer are available as well as Wi-Fi. Sleeps 6 comfortably. It will sleep 8 utilizing a sleeper sofa in the bonus room off of the master bedroom. There is a nominal charge for guests 7 and 8. Dogs are welcome for a nominal charge as well. If your stay requires special accommodations, please let us know. You will receive an access code a few days prior to your arrival. Check-in at your convenience after 4:00 pm. How do you get here? Fly into Tampa, Sarasota, or Orlando. The major carriers into Tampa are Delta, United, Southwest, Jet Blue and American. Fly into St. Petersburg/Clearwater on Allegiant. If you’re traveling a great distance and need to adjust your check-in or check-out time, please let us know. We will do all possible to make the change. Other things to note Please park in designated parking spaces. No smoking inside the home. Please smoke outside and only in designated smoking areas. If your pet(s) has/have joined you, please pick up after them. This property utilizes filtered well water along with a water softener. It also utilizes a septic system so please only use the toilet paper provided. Please do not flush any items other than toilet paper down the toilet. Please do not pour cooking oil down the sink. Place the hot cooking oil in the foil container provided under the kitchen sink to cool. Then place into a different container and into the trash can. Outdoor video surveillance is present for your safety and safety of our property. It is reviewed only when necessary for safety purposes. The master bedroom has an additional room attached by double doors. If traveling with a small child, this room works great for infant/small child due to its proximity to the master bedroom. This particular room is not included in the bedroom count. If the property requires extra cleaning, a cleaning charge will apply and process through Airbnb. Check-out instructions will be sent the night prior to your departure. It is a short list and we appreciate your willingness to return the home to how you found it.
