Enjoy our newly remodeled glam with an Alaskan flair home. Surrounded by birch forest complete with quaint sounds of rural Alaska including sled dogs in the distance. Take comfort with room for everyone as well as two additional rollaway beds. There is a large yard that is ideal for viewing Northern Lights. Our location in the hills experiences warmer temps and more privacy. Although we are conveniently located a short ten minutes from town, in the winter months it is best to have AWD/4X4. The space Our guest house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, one is in the master bedroom and the other two are in the hallway next to the other two bedrooms. The living room and dining area are in one big spacious room. We have a clothes washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher too. The house is a ranch style home, so just one level. We also have good lighting outside and in the entryway. Our guesthouse sits on a 3 1/2 acre lot surrounded by an old Birch forest, a lot of our trees are 30 to 40 foot high. We have a fire pit and supply you with all the free wood for your stay. There is plenty of parking. The road to our house is plowed every time it snows and I take care of all the snow removal around the house. Guest access We have a key lock box next to the front door mounted on the wall with a well lighted entryway. Self check-in is a breeze!
