Welcome to Sunrise Vista Fully equipped Villa with stunning Ocean Views located in Cerromar, an exclusive gated community with 24/7 security 5 minutes drive from El Tunco and El Sunzal. Unwind and enjoy the breathtaking sunrise!! It will be a pleasure to host you!!!! PLEASE NOTE our home is up a hill and not 7 minute walk distancie to the beach. Airbnb haven’t been able to correct that detail. Is 5 to 7 minute driving distance to the nearest beach El Sunzal. The space Comfortable beds, spacious rooms and bathrooms, shampoo, conditioning, body wash, towels, toilet paper, fully equipped kitchen. We provide most of the essentials, so you don't have to worry about packing extra items. Beach towels, chairs and a cooler if you would like to spend the day at the beach. Closest beaches are between 5 to 10 minute driving distance. Home is located up a hill. Renting a car is recommended. Guest access Full access to entire home, except service area, which is a designated space for our housekeeper. Room is locked and access towards the back of the house. We respect your privacy.
