There is a sunny front vestibule, great for that morning cup of coffee while watching the world go by! The living room is comfortable and styled with a mid-century modern flair. A very spacious closet is available off the living room for your extras. The kitchen is well stocked and ready for all of your culinary adventures! If you need something that is not there just let us know and we will make it happen! The laundry is inside the rear vestibule just steps from your door. The rear vestibule is secure and a great place to leave your shoes, coats, boots, skis, etc. A small patio with a gas grill and outdoor seating is just steps from the back door. A large parking area is available as well. The backyard is spacious with a fire pit available for your use. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the front and rear vestibule, both are shared with the full time tenant in the unit next door. The laundry room is shared but you will have a dedicated washer and dryer for your use. Two parking spaces are available and the outdoor lawn and fire pit area are yours to use as well. The rear vestibule and your apartment door are both secured with a coded keypad entry. The code will be changed for each guest. Other things to note NOTE: Bedrooms and bathroom are on second floor.
