Our beautiful beach house sits on 150 feet of saltwater no-bank beachfront on picturesque Case Inlet with unique 180-degree water views. The home is one level with a hot tub, garage turned game room, watercraft for 12 (kayaks and SUP), outdoor fire pit, floating dock during nice weather, fully stocked (LARGE) kitchen, lots of parking and air conditioning. Our house offers 3 bedrooms, two with king beds and full bathrooms while the third has 2 bunk beds. You will also find queen sleeper sofas in both of our living rooms. Here is a breakdown of sleeping arrangements: Primary bedroom #1 - king bed sleeps 2, has it's own bathroom, and a view of the water Primary bedroom #2 - king bed sleeps 2, has it's own bathroom, and a view of the water Bedroom #3 - 2 twin beds sleep 4 Living room - queen memory foam sofa sleeps 2 and has a view of the water Living/Sitting room - queen memory foam sofa sleeps 2 and has a view of the water There is an additional 1/2 bath. Our home is complete with a wood-burning fireplace, dining area, kitchen fully stocked with everything you need (including spices, oils, and condiments), an expansive deck with outdoor furniture, and our garage is a full game room with a table, TV, and sofas! Enjoy the mesmerizing tide as is it goes in and out of the bay and the wildlife that changes with it. There is a step up to the front door and another down to the main portion of the deck, but no steps inside the home. Heating and air-conditioning keeps the entire house comfortable and cozy year round. Cozy up to the wood stove in the living room or read a book in the living/sitting room. The garage-turned game room has a heater but no AC. In the summer months it's fun to open the garage bay door for fresh air and add even more play space. Whether you bundle up in the winter or put on your flip flops in the summer, a walk on the beach is a fantastic way to experience the beauty of the Puget Sound. The water can get fairly warm in the summer and is excellent for swimming and floating. The calm waters make for some of the best paddle sports you’ll find anywhere. Please note that 6 people fit at the dining table. There are more chairs you can add from the kitchen. You may also move the table in the kitchen to the dining room. There is an island / bar in the kitchen that has 2 additional seats. And there are 2 dining tables outside. Tap water is delicious! We also have water and ice available from the refrigerator. We supply propane for the grill and wood for the fires. There is a house manual with complete information inside the home. You are welcome to use our kayaks and paddle boards. There are various sizes of life jackets available for use. There is no lifeguard on the beach. This is a very peaceful place, true to it's name, Peaceful Waters. Enjoy all the beauty and peace our home has to offer and please respect our neighbor’s rights to the same. Guest access You will have access to our entire home, driveway, and yard. Other things to note Please be mindful the water does fluctuate with the tides and will recede back and forth throughout the day. Enjoy playing games, exploring the water, sitting by the fire, warming up in the hot tub, and more. We have plenty of indoor and outdoor games for you. Cook your own meals, eat out at one of the nearby restaurants, or head less than 15m away into Belfair for more restaurants and shopping.
