Description

This is a 3 bedroom home where you can bring the whole family with lots of room for fun. The kitchen comes equipped with new stainless steel appliances and everything you’ll need to prepare delicious meals for the whole family. It is a 5 minute drive to beach approach. Take a pause from your day to gaze out at the ocean through the second-story windows, or catch glimpses of snow-capped peaks on clear days. The space This property is located on SR 109 in Moclips. The closest beach approach is 1 mile south at Analyde Gap Rd. where you can walk on the beach and collect driftwood and other beach treasures. Turn right at First street across from the fire station, then turn right on Analyde Gap Rd. Pacific Beach state park is 1.8 miles south where you can walk on the beach and enjoy the Joe Creek. You may see some sea life there such as various birds, and maybe even a sea otter! You can also visit local businesses, a local radio station and other sites. Seabrook is located 2.5 miles south and features restaurants, shopping and events. Just north is Moclips, which has a small number of businesses and great beach combing also. Licenses can be purchased from WDFW’s licensing website and from hundreds of license vendors around the state. All diggers age 16 or older must have a fishing license to harvest razor clams on any beach. WDFW recommends diggers buy their license before visiting coastal beach communities. If you are not a clamming enthusiast, the best thing to do here is relax, un-wind, un-plug from your busy life and enjoy the calm. Pacific Beach has a great local radio station. Check out 89.9 FM while you're in town and KXPBradiocom for streaming world wide. KXPB features a mix of tunes from the last 75 years. Local volunteer DJ's give the radio station a hometown feel. Come and visit KXPB in the Wacky Warehouse where you can see the studio, request your favorite songs and even talk on the radio! If you love thrift/antique stores, check out the Wacky Warehouse and Sooz Rusty Nail on Main Street. You'll be sure to find unusual and cool stuff! While in Moclips, check out the glass art at the Beach Box. You can also make your own creation! 4762 SR 109, Moclips. Open Wed-Thurs, 11am - 3pm and Fri-Sat, 11am -4pm - Clipper Sipper Wine and Beer bar. Open Saturdays, 5-9pm. (Closed in Fall and winter) 45 Main Street - Surfhouse Pub, 59 Main Street, Full bar and bar food favorites. Open Wed - Sundays - Navy Getaways Restaurant and Bar. Full bar and bar food favorites. The Navy Base is located up the hill at 109 First Street N. The base also has a cute gift shop for Pacific Beach souvenirs. - Moclips Store- take out food, pizza, beverages - You and I Market - Main Street - food, gas, and drinks. Seabrook, which is just south of Pacific Beach, has many events throughout the year as well as the Fresh Foods Market and several restaurants/bars. Check out the Seabrook events page at seabrookwa/events. The Museum of the North Beach is located at the historic Dorothy Anderson Cabin in Seabrook. The 2025 special edition Moclips float called "Bioluminescence" glows in the dark! A layer of glowing glass powder encases a base of bright turquoise blue with raised ribs inspired by ocean waves. Each float measures 4" in diameter and is stamped "Moclips-By-The-Sea" on the sealing button. The float sells for $50.00 with 50% of the proceeds going to the Museum. This is the 21st special edition Moclips glass float produced by Avalon. Be sure to check business days and hours of operation as the area is subject to seasonal changes.
