The space This home has 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, and 1 larger bedroom located on the 3rd floor. The decor is modern and charming with original wood floors, exposed brick, a modern wall mounted electric fireplace, and windows facing east and west. With the biggest tree on the block, looking out the window on the 2nd & 3rd floor almost makes it feel like you're in a tree house! The Kitchenette Includes: a small fridge, microwave, keurig machine w/ complimentary coffee pods, filtered water, toaster, table and chairs. The Bathroom Includes Double Sink, Shower and Toilet Common Area 2nd and 3rd floors including the Washroom & Kitchenette that are located on the 2nd floor is exclusive to guests use only. The hosts live on the main floor of the house in a separate suite, front entrance is shared. Guest access 2nd & 3rd floors of the house, includes kitchenette & private bathroom. Front entrance is shared by the host that lives in a separate suite on the main floor. During your stay We've set up the space to be as convenient and easy as possible for your stay. The 2nd and 3rd floor is used by guests only and is not shared by the host. Hosts live on the premise in a separate suite located on the first floor. Other things to note There is free overnight parking on the street in front of the house but it’s only 2hr parking during the day. If you’re leaving a vehicle for the day or multiple days, there is unlimited free parking just a half block north on Ave E (on the other side of 20th) as well as a half block south on 19th street.
