Welcome to our Cheverly home, located in a family-friendly quiet neighborhood near the nation capitol, convenient travels to DC, MD and VA. There are 3 parks close by and our house is a block away from one of them, with walking trails, basketball court and a playground. Here are some nearby attractions: Patuxent Wildlife Refuge Center, FedEx Stadium, Nation Arboretum, Kenilworth Aquatic Garden, U.S Capitol, Smithsonian Museums. Guest access Feel free to park on the driveway, there are also plenty of free street parking right in front of the home. We kindly ask you not to park at the house across our home, as they only have that space for their parking. Please do not block walkway. You will be given a code during your entire stay for the keyless entry pad. Other things to note * NO SMOKING INSIDE * Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a $500 fee for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning. You are allowed to smoke in the backyard patio but do not throw buds on the ground, dispose them in the trash can. * NO PARTIES/MESSAGE FOR EVENTS * We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
