A few days before your arrival, once you have sent me the identification documents for all guests and, if you will be using the parking space, the vehicle model and license plate number, I will share all the access details and check-in instructions with you. Upon arrival, you will need to register with the condominium’s security staff, and then you can enter directly using the access code I will provide. The bright and spacious main bedroom features a King-size bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms include high-quality bedding to ensure a comfortable and restful stay. The apartment features two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large breakfast bar, and a spacious dining area facing the balcony. The living room includes a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV with complimentary access to Netflix and Disney+. You will also have access to an in-unit laundry center, free parking, and a bicycle with a helmet and security lock during your stay. The building offers 24-hour security. Other things to note For security reasons, all guests included in the reservation must be registered both on the platform and upon arrival at the condominium. Identification documents may be requested before check-in to help speed up the access process. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or in any of the building’s common areas. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a fine. Pets are welcome for an additional weekly fee. Pets are not allowed to climb on or sleep on the beds, sofas, or any other furniture. Before check-out, all trash must be taken to the designated disposal area, and the refrigerator must be left free of food and leftovers. Damaging or misusing the lobby, common areas, or any condominium facilities is strictly prohibited. Guests must respect the peace and privacy of the building’s residents. Children must remain under adult supervision at all times. The condominium amenities are reserved exclusively for residents and are not available for guest use.
