Welcome to our home! This amazing home is a great place to stay for an extended period of time! Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and tools you will need! We are 10-12 mins to downtown, or take the bridge over to Lawrenceville! We are close to the universities, hospitals, and more! All are between 5-10 minutes drive. Conveniently located near local breweries and music venues in Millvale! We'd be happy to host you! Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The space With two cozy queen beds, a fully equipped kitchen with a keurig, utensils, and cooking supplies, and lots of closet space and seating in the living room, our duplex is the perfect place to unwind after a day in the city. However, note that the first full bathroom is on the second floor, and the second full bathroom is in the basement. It's our joy to make your stay comfortable and memorable! Guest access Guest enjoy exclusive access to the entire unit. Each unit on the property has its own private entrance. The driveway, patio, and backyard are the only common spaces; these are shared with a neighboring tenant Other things to note Please note that The basement is unfinished and are only used for laundry. We have a strict no parties and events house rule. There is no thermostat because there is only one boiler that serves both sides of the home. All guests receive it at room temperature. Friday morning is the day for garbage and recycling. Guests are responsible for taking the trash out during their stay.
