This hidden gem sits just across the street from one of Seattle's most scenic parks, Lincoln Park. Walk to the ocean in 5 minutes. Listen to melodic sounds of fog horns and rain tinkering on windows. Stroll through the majestic ancient evergreens. Make a fire in the gazebo and watch the storms roll in. Cool off at the ocean front salt water pool. Watch the ferries weave through the San Juans and see the sunset over the Olympic Mountains. Keep an eye out for seals, sea lions, and orca whales! The space Traveling nurses, visiting family, long work trip, this is an ideal launchpad for all the Seattle and great northwest classic experiences. Out of the riff raff of innner city life, surrounded by evergreens, a short walk to a lazy afternoon on the beach watching the ferry’s drift by, snd just one quick bus ride to downtown nightlife. This is a mother in law apartment within a larger home. A normal amount of noise from the upstairs tenant is to be expected. There are no shared spaces. This is an ideal location for those traveling with a dog. Or enjoy scenic walks. You cannot beat the views from the park across the street. This property is in a fantastic spot for transportation. Just a block from the rapid ride public transportation. This bus comes every 15 minutes and shuttles you to downtown or local shopping, dining, entertainment, and retail. You can also take it to the West Seattle Junction, where you can transfer to catch the water taxi to downtown, if you’d like to get there boat for the same price as the bus. There’s also tons of link bikes and scooters in this area to rent as well. Though this unit does not have a full kitchen, it is fully equipped to cook. 2 mini fridges, both with freezers, 2 burners, microwave, and miniature oven (not just toaster oven). There’s also drip coffee maker / kurig combo and espresso machine. As well as a newly installed large deep sink with gooseneck faucet, dual spray settings, with a long extension for the sprayer head, and a miniature dishwashing machine. All dishes, and cookware come with the unit, and I can’t forget the instapot. You’d be amazed what you can cook in one of those things. The living room sofa pulls out into a queen bed for visitors of traveling partners. Guest access Everything depicted in the photos is yours. There are no shared spaces. Driveway (all yours) holds 2 large vehicles. Other things to note This is a mother in law apartment within a larger home. A normal amount of noise from the upstairs tenant is to be expected. There are no shared spaces. The entry to the unit has indoor stairs. There is a railing, however this may not be a suitable unit for those with limited mobility, the upper landing is narrow and the 9 stairs curve at the base (not straight down). We allow dogs, but not cats. We do not discriminate breeds or size. There is however a 2 dog maximum. Though we clean diligently, this unit may not be suitable for those with significant pet allergies. This is a “daylight” basement apartment, meaning it is partially underground, but still has windows. There are large window wells carved out around the windows to let in light. There is a private driveway (all yours) that fits two large vehicles. The grassy area depicted in the photos is not fully fenced.
