This bright and spacious home offers 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a private hot tub, and a two car garage. Enter the home through the garage or via the covered front steps and stone foyer. What we love most about this property is the bright and open great room with floor to ceiling windows and views of Martis Valley, and the separate hang out space for the kids. In the winter enjoy being on the Northstar shuttle route for easy lift access (and no parking hassle!). In the summer enjoy being a mile away from world class mt. biking and walking distance to valley trails and golf. Cozy up by the three fireplaces and enjoy a movie or play a game, or take a soak in the private hot tub after an active day out in the Sierras. Your stay includes guest access to the Northstar Recreation Amenities including the clubhouse with gym, heated pool, multiple spas, tennis, pickleball and game room at the cost of $10 per person. This home is family friendly and suitable for 1-2 families or 3 couples to share. While we try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis. Winter Guests: Propane Grills may not be accessible during winter months and propane is not monitored from Nov 1-May 1. Decks are shoveled for structural safety only and are not guaranteed to be free and clear of snow during the winter months.
