This unit is a ten minute walk from bustling Flagler Avenue (New Smyrna's Strip) which is full of all the best New Smyrna has to offer in regards to shopping, dining and most importantly THE BEACH! The space 29 steps up to this unit's light and airy rooms all furnished with coastal colors and clean linens. Fresh and modern bathrooms equipped with rain showers and raised bowl sinks. Continuous barn wood laminate floors parallel white washed tongue and groove real wood ceilings. Samsung appliances and luxury cabinets adorn the kitchen island which is real stone blue quartzite imported from Brazil. Living room windows are floor to ceiling with views of the New Smyrna Intracoastal waterway, dolphins seen jumping daily! Open the front and back doors for an ocean breeze that will bring peace and serenity. Master bedroom is outfitted with a California king memory foam mattress and the spare bedroom is a comfy queen. This unit is perfectly suited for two couples or a couple with two children that don't mind sharing space/bed. There is a beautiful outside patio and a much larger lower deck which both have great views of the water and sunsets. The dock can be accessed to walk and check out a closer glimpse of sea life such as an occasional sea turtle or otter and Dolphins are seen daily! The clubhouse features living room lounge arrangement, a pool table, dart board, shuffle-puck board and two large screen (one inside and outside) smart TV's. A men's and woman's restroom with showers and a full kitchen. The clubhouse and upper-deck overlook the gated pool, hot tub, dock and intra-coastal waterway. Guest access When booking this condo you will have a passcode protected door entry and access to one covered parking for a car. Access to community pool, hot tub, clubhouse and boat dock. Other things to note We are walking distance to Flagler Avenue which is a bustling street full of dining, shopping and bar entertainment. Their is no elevator to our unit. We do not allow pets because we have a strict "no bark" rule in our condo complex. The condo does have a "community access" bike room which you are able to store your bikes (bring your own lock). Paddleboards and kayaks can be stored in the same room. There is an outside bike rack, we also suggest using a lock their as well. Golf carts and surf and paddleboards can be rented locally if you wish and we are happy to share where to get the best deal on those type of things. Golf carts must be parked in the covered parking only.
