Large deck, toilet & pool inside lanaii with door alarms & safety fence. End townhome. 5 bedrooms with queen room and full bathroom on main level. King suite, laundry and 2nd seating area upstairs with games, play tent and xbox. Large lounge area, dining table seats 10. Well equipped kitchen. RIng doorbell camera. Pool heat $210 per week - request in advance. Resort fee paid onsite $35 plus tax per stay. Weekly and monthly discounts. Please respect no animals due to family allergies. Guest access You are reserving the entire home with the exception of two cupboards clearly marked private. Please respect this and do not try and open them. The CDD in charge of the Resort charge a $25 per booking which lasts the entire length of your stay (for up to 10 people) to use the communal facilities of pools, slides, courts, gym and clubhouse. This is payable at the club house. Other things to note Cancellation Policy 1. The $300.00 Booking Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE on Cancellation. 2. For cancellations that occur between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival; we shall refund 50% of the Balance paid up to the cancellation date. 3. For cancellations that occur between 15 and 29 days prior to arrival; we shall refund 25% of the Balance paid up to the cancellation date. 4. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will receive no refund. Deposit Policy $300.00 Non-Refundable Deposit is due to confirm a Reservation. The Balance of the reservation is due 60 days prior to arrival.
