Surrounded by vineyards, sunflowers and medieval villages and within walking distance of Montcug with cafes, restaurants and a lively market. On the 5.5-hectare estate, you can enjoy the spacious, saltwater swimming pool with panoramic views, stroll through the vineyard, or read a book in the shade of old trees. The space Gite Le Cabernet The 80 m2 gîte, suitable for four people, is bright with high ceilings and with all modern comforts. Inside, you will find a spacious, cozy living area with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms and a stylish bathroom. Outside, two sun-drenched terraces await you – one overlooking the valley for long evenings under the stars, the other perfect for a quiet morning with a cup of coffee and the sound of singing birds. Gîte Le Cabernet is the ideal place for those who want to relax, enjoy and recharge – in the heart of southern France. - A spacious living room with open kitchen, equipped with modern appliances such as an oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. - A bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and a separate toilet - There is a wood-burning stove and heating for the colder days in the spring and fall. - There is a fast WiFi connection (fiberglass), which allows you can also work remotely. - Private parking. - A saltwater swimming pool of 11m by 5.5m with a view on the surrounding hills. Other things to note Further information: - It is a day of driving from NL. - The changeover day in the summer months is Saturday from 4p.m., check out on saturday before 10am - The gite and surrounding the pool are non-smoking. - Space for parking available - Minimum age for our guests is 16 years. - Pets are not allowed. Nearby you can do a lot: biking, hiking on the route Santiago de Compostela, golfing, canoeing. Furthermore, you can dine well at many restaurants, on truffle yacht, visit brocantes, taste wine at the many wine domaines, shop in Cahors or a day in Toulouse.
