Peace, nature and French charm Gîte Le Cabernet is located on a hill in the Quercy-Blanc with beautiful views of Montcuq and Lauzerte. Surrounded by its own vineyard, sunflower fields and its own vegetable garden, this place offers peace and nature. Within walking distance is Montcuq with cafes, restaurants and a lively market. The luxury vacation home is located on Domaine Lapèze (5.5 ha) and offers an adults only (16+) atmosphere, a saltwater pool with panorama and plenty of space to relax. The space Gite Le Cabernet The more than 80 m2 gîte, suitable for four people , is bright with high ceilings and with all modern comforts. Inside you will find a spacious, cozy living space with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms and a stylish bathroom. Outside, two sun-drenched terraces await you, one overlooking the valley for long evenings under the stars, the other perfect for a quiet morning with a cup of coffee and the sound of singing birds. Gîte Le Cabernet is the ideal place for those who want to relax, enjoy and recharge in the heart of the South of France. - Spacious living room with open kitchen, equipped with modern appliances such as an oven, dishwasher and coffee maker. - Bathroom with Italian shower, double sink and a separate toilet - Wood-burning stove and heating for the colder days in the spring and fall. - Fast WiFi connection (fiber optic), which allows you to work remotely if necessary. - Private parking. - Saltwater pool of 11m by 5.5m with large sun terrace, comfortable sunbeds and beautiful views of the surrounding hills. - Access to the gîte is via a staircase and is therefore less suitable for the disabled. - After a restaurant visit in Montcuq, it is a nice walk back home. Guest access - Ample parking is available on-site. - Walking distance from downtown Montcuq. Other things to note Good to know
 - Changeover day in the summer months is Saturday from 4 p.m., check out on Saturday before 10 a.m. In the pre- and post-season, changeover days are flexible. - The gîte and terrace surrounding the saltwater pool are non-smoking.
 - Domaine Lapèze has 3 B&B rooms, a 2-person studio and a gîte for up to 4 people. - The swimming pool is accessible to all guests (16+). - Plenty of room for parking.
 - The minimum age for our guests is 16 years.
 - Pets are not allowed.
 In the immediate vicinity, you can do a lot: Cycling, hiking on the Santiago de Compostela route, golfing, canoeing. Furthermore, you can dine well at many restaurants, on truffle yacht, visit brocantes, taste wine at the many wine domaines, shop in Cahors or a day in Toulouse.
