Pensacola Beach has a lot to offer and, while the condo is in a quiet area, it is also near many well-known restaurants and popular places to explore. Win-Win! The space The building is the closest to the water and the amazing unobstructed views of the sound is enough to make your stay a memorable experience. Unlike most condos around, this family-friendly condo has no other units above or below. Calm and peaceful! A galley kitchen, breakfast bar, living area, half-bathroom, washer, dryer and balcony are on the main floor. The bedrooms are on the second floor. The master bedroom has direct stunning views of the water. There's a king bed and the new mattress topper will give you restful nights. It also has its private bathroom. In the second bedroom, a bunk bed with new mattresses was recently added to provide more room for bigger families. It has its private bathroom as well with a tub/shower combo. There's no doubt that you will appreciate the Olympic size pool that the complex offers. The club house comes in handy for small gatherings or to cool off during hot summer days. There's also a tennis court to keep you in good shape :)! The fishing pier is feet away from the balcony and we hope that you'll enjoy it as much as we do. Please note that the entrance of the condo is on the 2nd floor (above utilities), so there's a few stairs to expect. Guest access Self-check in with coded entry. Other things to note Pensacola Beach has an abundance of well rated restaurants. Peg Leg Pete's Resto/Bar is one of them and is a must! It is located right on the bay, the food is amazing, there's a sand play area AND it's a 2 minute walk from the condo. Hard to beat that! A short 4 minute walk will take you to the beach. If needed, we have beach chairs and beach towels available for your convenience. If your kids are anything like ours, they will bring more toys than they can handle, but if not, we've got you covered. Beach toys, board games, wooden blocks and books will keep them busy and happy. Previously owned by a property manager for the past few years, this condo has always gotten great reviews.
