Relaxing family House with Pool

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay! Enjoy your time in this five bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, and a roofterrace house, walking distance to a peaceful beach! Pet friendly, ideal to relax, as you are surrounded by nature and only the sounds of the waves! With a "rancho", pool ideal for games (not too deep), jacuzzi, rooftop ocean view, and lots of space to run free and play Note: rents for a week as a minimum. If you are planning a week or more, please write to check dates. The space This is a great house to relax, enjoy the sound of the waves and animals! There are five bedrooms: 1. two bunkbeds (4 beds) 2. two twin beds (can be used together or separately) 3. one queen and one twin bed 4. one twin and one sofa bed 5. one king bed (upstairs) with TV There is a rooftop den and terrace (third floor) with ocean view, large TV (can be seen inside and outside), sofas, bar, mini fridge, tables and chairs to enjoy the view. Fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms downstairs, one full bathroom upstairs. One half bathroom by the pool. Pool and jacuzzi, "rancho", outdoor shower, basketball, and lots of space to run and play! Wifi all over the house and "rancho" There is a gardener a couple of days a week making sure the grass is cut and all is well. Also, access to a daily cleaning service or nanny for an additional cost. Note: rents for a week as a minimim. Also, some stray dogs do roam around the property. They are harmless, and if people feed them they tend to stay around…. Note: pool is NOT gated. Guest access The whole house is yours! Includes barbecues, pool, jacuzzi... and a five minute walk to the beach. The house is a bit secluded, so you need to arrive by car. The beach is a 5 minute walk. Note: rents for a week as a minimum. Please, no parties and no smoking/vaping/drugs in the property. Not wheelchair accesible. Five minute walk to the beach. You can use the lemons, culantro etc from the garden while you are there! Fresh and organic. There is a minimum stay of one week. Some stray dogs do go into the property; they are harmless, but something tombe aware of. And if you feed them they will hang around! There is a part-time ground’s caretaker. If extra guests will visit, please let us know. The water and septic tanks are local, so please, only flush TP. Note: rents for a week as a minimum.
