Guest access Guests will be provided an individualized door code the day of their stay that will be used to lock and unlock the front door of the home. Other things to note Our staff plans to open the pool by mid-May and keep it open until the end of October, weather permitting. Boat launch and shared dock are available for loading and unloading only; no mooring is allowed. Boats may not be parked overnight in the trailer parking at the boat launch, and fueling on the water, including at the marina, is prohibited. Exterior security cameras on the property & decibel-only interior monitoring, no audio recordings, and no compromising guest privacy. Only three vehicles, including trailers, may be parked on the property during your stay, per HOA rules.
