Other things to note We are within a 5 minute walk to the American Fork Recreation Center. It features an amazing Indoor/Outdoor slide with plenty of diving boards for the kids! It is $75/day including setup and take down! There is a sweet family living in the mother-in-law apartment downstairs. We do have 2 active exterior cameras - one pointed at the road and one at the entrance to the basement suite.
