Property has excellent swimming and plenty of dock space for your boat. Located just 6 miles from in-town Millinocket! The space House has three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with two twin beds. Full bathroom on main level and half bathroom downstairs. A new heat pump cools the space on those humid summer days. Other things to note Owners have provided three kayaks, one canoe and two stand-up paddle boards for your enjoyment. House also has automatic standby Generac generator for added convenience.
