South Twin Place is located on the shores of South Twin Lake on the Pemadumcook Chain of Lakes. Perfectly located for your trip to the Kathadin region for visiting Baxter State Park (Mt. Kathadin), exploring the lakes with many gorgeous beaches, white water rafting the Penobscot River, fishing, riding ATV's or snowmobiling on the Jo Mary trail system from the property! Property has excellent swimming and plenty of dock space for your boat. Located just 6 miles from in-town Millinocket! The space House has three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with two twin beds. Full bathroom on main level and half bathroom downstairs. A new heat pump cools the space on those humid summer days.
