I am a beautiful and comfortable house in Vale da Santa Clara, with a private garden, stream and natural shower. With cozy decor, the space provides a unique experience for those seeking a connection with nature, without giving up comfort. There are 3 bedrooms with queen size beds, one of them is a suite, with a balcony and fireplace. In the attic, there are 2 double beds and 2 single beds. The house also has 2 other bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with linens, towels, pillows and blankets. The space Canto dos Sonhos is a space for those who want to relax! The garden is special, with lots of succulents, trees and birds. The natural shower in the outdoor area is wonderful. We have a covered balcony with comfortable sofas and hammocks. The gourmet space has a large table, barbecue, wood-burning oven for pizza and freezer. We offer all the barbecue utensils. The charcoal is at the guest's expense. The kitchen is very well equipped. We provide an electric oven, microwave, sandwich maker, toaster, blender, electric coffee maker, coffee strainer, refrigerator with freezer and gas oven. And a fondue pot. The living room offers comfortable sofas, a large dining table, space to enjoy the fireplace, a 60-inch smartTV, a library for guests to use with books for all ages, as well as board games. We provide firewood for the fireplaces, but we do not replace it. As it is an Environmental Protection area, noise is not allowed after 8 p.m. Guest access Access to the house is quiet for most of the way. Right at the entrance, there is a paved slope, accessible for any type of car. The house has three floors, so it is not recommended for people with mobility issues. We are less than 1 km from Cachoeira da Santa Clara and very close to Toca da Raposa. We recommend these walks. We are also close to Trutário, where there is a restaurant, and Casa da Framboesa, which has a wonderful trout pie. We recommend a dip in the Escorrega waterfall, Poção da Maromba and Vale do Alcantilado. And night tours of the village of Maringá, where there are restaurants and shops. In Vale Criativo, in Maringá Minas, there are several cultural events. And it's always worth a visit to Casa Beatles, in the village of Mauá.
