The first level is accessed by the two car garage (one space available for guests) that leads into the Recreation room with pool table, wood burning fireplace, guest bedroom, 3/4 bath and laundry room. Going up one level is the beautiful living room with million dollar views of the continental divide, luxurious leather sofas and gas fireplace. Also on this level is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances (new gas 5 burner range), and attached dinning room. The primary bedroom and third guest rooms have king beds on the same level with two full bathrooms. One more level up is a loft with custom sofa with sleeper and desk and printer for a work / study stay. The loft has even more spectacular views of the continental divide and 14er's. We purchased this property 20 years ago from its original owner/builder who created this amazing home for his family. Coyote Cabin was previously a VRBO favorite with many happy reviews, some who were repeat guests, that can be emailed to you upon request. We have enjoyed exclusive use of this wonderful second home but now offer to share this home with others who will appreciate its quality and beauty. Note: many vacation homes in the area have minimum privacy and can be a little too “rustic” - Coyote Cabin is not only private but warm and comforting on 5 acres. In warmer weather there is plenty of decks (1200 feet total) with seating and BBQ grill. 3 night minimum stays.
