If there is any sign of a party (I.e. lots of people coming and going (especially late at night), excessive noise, complaints from the neighbors, lots of alcohol being brought in, signs of drug or and/or drug paraphernalia), you will be escorted out of the property immediately without refund. This property is Non Smoking, this includes e-cigs, vaping, tobacco and cannabis. Things to Note about the Hot Tub: -We love to offer the Hot Tub as a wonderful and luxurious amenity, but minors are not allowed in the hot tub without being accompanied by an adult. - Please no food or drink in the hot tub as the requires extensive cleaning. - We ask that anyone using the hot tub showers and removes any major lotions/ oils/ etc. prior to getting in the hot tub. - We ask that guests do not use the Hot Tub after 10PM so as not to disturb the neighbors. - The Hot tub seats a maximum of 4 people at any given time. This unit is located about just one block from a major street. Some street noise can be heard.
