Hailing from Charlottesville, VA, they bring their expertise from owning a tree nursery and garden shop/cafe to creating inviting spaces for guests to enjoy. Guest access The SweetWater Bay property managers will be in touch before you arrive to coordinate pick-up. Once they bring you to the property they will give you a tour and provide the door code. Other things to note In addition to all of the aforementioned amenities, guests are able to purchase guest passes for the Island Club and/or Safety Harbor. The Island Club has two pools, a hot and a bar/restaurant. As guest members, you will also have access to free bikes and more kayaks. There are 2 kayaks and one paddle board at the house. Safety Harbor Club offers a smaller pool and pickleball/tennis courts. You can choose to get passes to one or both (or neither). Tennis & Pickleball rackets and balls can be found in the sports closet at SweetWater Bay.
