Cruise on the golf cart to explore the nature trails, rec centers, pools and pickleball courts right at your fingertips. There are multiple squares nearby to take advantage of restaurants, shopping and nightly live music! There will be no regrets at the 19th Hole. Pet Friendly, with approval. Other things to note POLICIES: - PETS: Pets ARE allowed, with approval. Please send a message prior to booking to confirm your pet's stay. There is an additional fee of $150 applied per approved pet. Please inquire with management prior to booking. -Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.) GOLF CART DETAILS: - Golf Cart Maintenance Fee is $125 at the time of booking. - The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Liability Waiver form to drive, if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to fill out our online liability waiver form (which is sent you two weeks prior to booking). Golf cart key will be provided upon submission. - Guest is responsible for any monetary damages to themselves, the golf cart, others, or property of others, including any monetary damages incurred during their use. - We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs.
