The space Enjoy our YouTube TV account and the extensive list of movies we provide to our guests or log into your own Netflix/Disney+/Prime account on the 75" Smart TV in the main living space. The second-floor loft includes a 50" Smart TV with X-Box, Board Game Closet, Artist's Crafting Desk, and dedicated office workspace with a docking station and printer in case you need to get a little work done during your stay. Outside you'll enjoy reconnecting with nature. The large, wooded yard includes a deck, firepit, hammock, picnic table, and propane grill. The home is a half mile walk to the Club House: Outdoor Pool with Splash Pad, Basketball, Tennis, Pickleball, and on-site restaurant. It is a 2-minute drive from the Main Lake in Big Bass Lake Community, complete with a Playground, Beach, Marina, and boat rental stand. It is a short drive to 2 additional lakes and the Recreation Center with an Indoor Pool, Sauna, Game Area, and Fireside Lounge (Open Memorial Day to Labor Day). In the winter there is an on-site snowtubing hill and ice skating on the lake. As registered renters in the community, guests will have access to all community amenities with the purchase of daily passes ($8/day weekdays, $10 Sat/Sun, age 7 and up) Access to amenities is OPTIONAL. Please be aware that some community amenities are seasonal and may not be open during your stay. Just a short drive to all of the Pocono attractions - Skiing/Snowboarding and Tubing, Outlet Shopping, Antique Hunting, Kalahari, Great Wolf Lodge and Aquatopia Water Parks, Breweries, Wineries, State Game lands and more. Minutes from the Lehigh River and Gouldsboro State Park. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: There are 2 bedrooms and a Sunroom that has been approved to convert into a 3rd bedroom in addition to a sleeping loft. You may use these flexible spaces in any way you wish for your party of up to 9 people! Queen, Full, and Twin air mattresses are provided for additional flexibility. Bedroom 1: (1) King, private bathroom. Bedroom 2: (1) Queen, (2) Full, (1) Twin *Full and Twin are part of a bunk bed/trundle Bedroom 3/Sunroom: (1) Queen Sleeper Sofa Loft: (1) Full Futon. It is usually not needed but there are multiple portable air conditioner units. Guests are welcome to use the 12" Skiff boat or 14" canoe located in our designated boat space located next to the Big Bass Lake beach. All mattresses have been replaced in 2024 and are plush, comfortable, and come with fresh linens. This home is located in a secure, gated, private resort community. After booking, you will be required to fill out a rental registration form, including the names of all guests and contact information. No other guests are permitted into the community or property during your stay. The registration form must be completed at least 3 business days before your check-in date or the community will charge you an additional $50 late registration fee. Due Community Rules, we are able to register up to 9 guests per reservation, including any daytime visitors. There are 3 exterior security cameras. One is at the entrance facing the driveway the other is at the back of the home facing the woods and the last is on the side by the driveway. Both cameras are outward-facing and are aimed away from interior spaces. Guest access Access to all areas of the home except locked owner's closet.
