We offer you a haven of peace in the rural surroundings of the Haute Vienne in a beautiful historic house that has been authentically and lovingly restored - our Maison ‘Renard et Lapin’. The adjoining very large enclosed private garden is ideal for families with children or pets to spend a carefree, beautiful and eventful holiday. The space The house has a total of 4 large bedrooms, with space for 8 people. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with king-size double beds, one bedroom has two single beds. Two bedrooms share a bathroom on the same floor. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living and dining area is a spacious open-plan area with a wood-burning stove for romantic evenings. The entire house and large parts of the garden are covered by a powerful WiFi, so you could work remotely if required. Our guests have exclusive use of the house and the garden surrounded by old oak trees, with a water lily pond and a natural stream. Right next to the house you have an inviting, sun-protected terrace with a gas barbecue for your BBQ. The highlight for your children will certainly be the pool with sun deck and their own wigwam in the garden. Nothing stands in the way of an overnight stay under the breathtaking starry sky. Guest access You can park comfortably in front of the house, there are two private car parks available. Upon arrival, our guests receive a telephone number where we can be reached 24/7. Access to the house is via an electronic pin code, which will be sent to you in good time before your arrival. Other things to note We are located 12 km from the A20 motorway on the Paris-Toulouse axis (3 hours from Paris). We are 10 km from Magnac-Laval with several shops and 19 km from La Souterraine, a town with all shops, doctors, vets, swimming pool and restaurants.
