IG: @CabinForestHouse The space Welcome to our recently renovated Forest House, designed with modern touches to make your stay memorable. Step inside to an open, light-filled space with large windows. To maximize the natural light and forest views, our front door features a large, uncovered window (no blinds), blending the indoor living space with the surrounding greenery. The cozy living room features a wood pellet stove, smart TV, and Wi-Fi, flowing into a full kitchen equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven, full-size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, air fryer, blender, and more—everything you need to prepare meals with ease. Upstairs you’ll find three bedrooms: one with two queen beds, and two with one queen bed each. One of these also includes a foldable sofa bed, and the loft-style hallway offers a twin futon and views through three large windows. In the walk-in closet you will find a Pack N' Play that can be used as a bed for your baby or toddler. Each room has its own thermostat for customized comfort. Two full bathrooms, one on each floor, include tub/shower combos. Outdoors, relax on the deck with a Weber grill, propane fireplace, and natural fire pit (available when no burn bans are in effect). Enjoy birdwatching, stargazing, or simply soaking in the evergreen views. For extra relaxation, guests have PRIVATE ACCESS to both a HOT TUB and SAUNA. When you book, the entire house is yours to enjoy—no shared spaces, just your own private getaway. Community POOL opens 6/13/26 and will be open from 10am - 8pm Guest access The entire house is yours to enjoy during your stay. This includes the backyard with a Hot Tub, patio where you can enjoy the stars lit nights and morning coffee and the garage where you'll find equipment for leisure summer and winter activities. There is room for 3 cars in our driveway. 1 car parked next to the fence on gravel and 2 cars on paved part of the driveway. You can also park on the side of the road. Other things to note 1. By accepting a reservation with us, you acknowledge that use of amenities such as fireplace/pellet stove, deck, porch, fire pit and the things alike may be potentially dangerous and involve potential risks if improperly used, particularly with regard to children and as such, use is at your own risk, and we deny all liability. 2. Please be mindful of the space and our belongings. We would really appreciate it if you could leave the property in the exact condition it was found. We ask that all guests take off their shoes in the house due to pine needles and sap. Please help us keep the property luxurious and clean. 3. We are in the woods near a mountain so expect potential sighting of wildlife, snowy and icy road conditions in the late fall, winter and early spring. 4WD is recommended during snowy/icy weather. 4. The house will be cold until it's heated by the pellet stove or wall heaters. The pellet stove fireplace heats up the entire house fairly quickly and is easy to use, with a click of a button. Instructions are provided at the property. ●No smoking. If there will be any sign of smoke inside, even a smell, or buds around the property there will be an automatic $250 fine. ●We welcome up to 2 well-behaved, house-trained dogs (no puppies or cats). Dogs must stay off furniture/beds (we provide pet blankets). Crate your dog when unattended—no exceptions to prevent accidents. Clean up immediately with provided supplies. Any damage or extra cleaning will be charged via Airbnb resolution. ●Required to inform the host about the details of the dogs that are staying ●No parties ●Please no shoes in the house due to pine needles and sap ●Maximum 10 guests ●Check in after 4pm ●Check out at 11am ● Quiet hours from 10pm-8am ●A 6% lodging tax for Clackamas county will be applied (STR877-24) ● Guest are prohibited from subleasing the property or using it to generate income. *You will be charged if anything will be left stained, damaged, or misplaced.
