Smoking only allowed in the parking lot. NO illegal drugs. Marijuana is NOT allowed, Zero tolerance. 
 -If violated, your reservation will be revoked and terminated immediately with NO REFUND. 2) PARKING DETAILS: -PAID Parking available @ $5/day per automobile. Photo of vehicle and license plate required. Towing enforced. -Parking lot in FRONT of the property. LIMIT 1 vehicle. Please DO NOT block the driveway to avoid being towed. -Also available is FREE street parking (must abide by all City of Houston street parking signs) 3) Additional Pet Fees Required. Please Inquire for Info! 4) The unit is located on the FIRST-FLOOR. 5) Washer & Dryer is shared by all of the tenants at the apartment complex - separate building. Please provide your laundry detergent for personal use. 6) Our units undergo pest control treatments each month. We will provide you advanced notice prior to treatment.
