Guest access Our properties are self check-in and are set up on electronic keypads or lock boxes. Information in regards to the codes are sent to each guest after booking of the property. Early check-in is subject to availability and may be arranged for an additional $50 fee. Guest(s) have full access of the home, yard, patio and parking space(s) unless otherwise noted. Other things to note All garbage items should be bagged, tied closed and placed only in your vacation rentals trash bin or recycle bin. The trash and recycle bins located outside in front of the parking space. Trash and recycle pick up day for this residence is Monday morning at 8:00am. We please ask that if you are staying in the home on a Monday, that you please pull the bins to the curb for us. If for some reason you can't accommodate this, please let us know and we will send a staff member to do so. We do not provide coffee or any supplies. We don't provide any of the items needed to build a fire in the fireplace. You can purchase these items or fire logs at one of our local grocery stores or drugstores.
