- In the kitchen: the property offers a grill, three coffee machines (Italian, Nespresso, and a built-in machine for freshly ground coffee beans, with coffee available), ice, sugar, sweetener, extra virgin olive oil, salt, spices, and mineral water. - Large outdoor pool with a smaller pool forming a waterfall into the main one. Pool with seawater, natural chlorine, and neutral pH, ideal for sensitive skin, atopic skin, and children. - Pool with selectable multicolor LED lights. Other things to note - Air conditioning with Airzone system throughout the house. - Interior floor made of white-lacquered American oak, with LED lights on all indoor and outdoor stair steps. - On the work desk, there is a glass table and an LED desk lamp with adjustable intensity and light type (white or warm). - Large barbecue with utensils and charcoal included. - Smart TV with access to streaming platforms. - Very spacious living room on two levels with four tables and an additional work table. - Kitchen with breakfast bar. - Outside, three tables with their respective chairs and armchairs. - The house cameras are only operational at the entrance to the property, with a visual recording system. - The jacuzzi in the main suite can be enabled for six people as a real spa, available for an extra fee (please notify in advance). - Two full bathrooms in both suites, another Roman-style bathroom in the basement, and a guest toilet in the living room. - Two coffee machines available: Nespresso and Italian (capsules and coffee included). - Mineral water, salt, and basic spices. - Charcoal and utensils included.
