Outside, you will find two porches and a terrace, ideal for enjoying the outdoors. The pool is large, measuring 15x8 meters with a maximum depth of 2.1 meters. The entire outdoor area is equipped with security cameras. The total area of the property is 6,500 square meters. There is also a barbecue area where you can enjoy a good meal while relaxing with your family or friends. An industrial kitchen for catering services at events is available on request and for an extra fee. For large-scale events, you must contact the owner in advance to sign a contract. Events will incur an extra charge depending on the number of guests. The access to the house is paved and easy. In addition, its proximity to the city of Málaga makes this house an excellent choice.
