The property boasts a refreshing unheated pool, a pickleball court, and a basketball hoop for your enjoyment. The inviting courtyard is adorned with a fire pit and BBQ grill, surrounded by ample seating for al fresco dining. Inside the garage, the well-appointed game room offers entertainment options such as ping pong, arcade video games, Connect 4, Tic-Tac-Toe, and an Xbox console. Whether you seek fun or relaxation, this delightful property is the perfect destination for both! This home does NOT allow children between the ages of 0-3 years under any circumstances. Any guests over the age of 3 are required to know how to swim, including adults. If these conditions cannot be met, we invite you to browse through our inventory for alternative accommodations that do not have a pool. PARKING - Up to 2 vehicles in the garage and plenty of space in the driveway. HOUSE RULES - MAX OCCUPANCY AT ALL TIMES: 4 - QUIET HOURS: 9pm - 9am - NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPIES THE HOME, OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Strictly enforced. - THIS HOME IS PET FRIENDLY: There is a $50 pet fee per night, per pet. Up to 2 pet(s) allowed. We only accept dogs, cats are not allowed due to homeowners allergies. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. - VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. PLEASE NOTE! - Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental. - Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available. - There is exterior surveillance camera recording 24/7. The camera is overlooking the driveway - Only the casita is included in your rental agreement, the main house is not included. - The main house will remain vacant throughout your stay, ensuring that you are the sole occupant with no other tenants onsite. - The entire property can be rented as the ‘Pickleball Pointe’ for up to 10 guests. - There is no hot tub at this property. - There is an EV charging outlet, but the cable is not provided. You must bring your own cable. CANCELLATION POLICY A 30-day notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival: • Receive full refund Cancellations or changes that shorten the stay within 30 days of arrival: • Full advance payment is forfeited (excluding deposit and cleaning fees) • No refunds will be issued for cancellations or early departures once the stay has begun
