The home is multi-level and connected by a spiral staircase, with the primary bedroom located on the third floor, separated from the main living spaces. The sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the third-floor master bedroom and a full bed in the second bedroom. Additional sleeping options are available, including a queen pull-out sofa with a memory-foam mattress, a blow-up mattress, and a playpen. USB charging outlets are located in the kitchen, living room, and both bedrooms for guest convenience. The main level includes a kitchen and living area designed for everyday use, meals, and relaxing indoors. A screened-in porch provides a covered outdoor space suitable for sitting, dining, or enjoying fresh air. Outside, the property includes waterside seating along the canal. The home sits directly on a freshwater canal and includes a private dock with a ladder for water access and steps for launching kayaks and a paddleboard, which are stored on the property for guest use. A boat lift is available for qualifying boats under 25 feet or up to a 3-ton pontoon deck boat, jet ski, or bay boat. Retractable bimini tops are compatible; hard tops will not clear the nearby bridge. The surrounding neighborhood features sidewalks throughout and is suitable for walking or biking. Guest access The entire home, yard, and dock are available TO THE RENTERS ONLY. Other things to note Must be 25yo to rent. Absolutely no pets other than up to two 20LB average sized dogs. Not allowed on the furniture or beds. Boat rentals are available at several locations near by. You can always bring your own boat or jet skis. The boat ramp is five minutes away and there’s never a wait except for holidays. The boat must be under 25 foot or up to 3 ton pontoon deck boat, jet ski or bay boat. A retractible bimini will work, but a hard top will not pass under Companero Entra Bridge.
