Only 50 minutes from Nuremberg/Regensburg, 10 mintutes from Vilseck (Rose-Barracks) and 25 minutes from Amberg/Grafenwoehr (Tower-Barracks) - this location is ideal for military members and nature enthusiasts. The space Our accommodation offers 120 sqm of space to relax and unwind. The bright, open concept kitchen and living room is the heart of the house, equipped with a warming fireplace and an extendable dining table. Two stylishly furnished bedrooms, one with a large box spring bed, offer peace and retreat, while the functional furnishings promise well-thought-out comfort in an appealing ambience. The second bedroom has two single beds and a pull-out double bed. There is space for a seventh guest on the pull-out couch in the living room. The barn loft shares the 4000 sqm property with a separate main house. As hosts, we live in the main house and are available to provide you with advice and assistance if necessary. The property boasts a large garden with fruit trees, lush vegetations, chickens and the family pets: cats and two dogs. There is a fenced portion for guest use only. Beyond the property you have direct access to hiking and biking trails in the woods. A ten minute walk provides a beautiful view over Hahnbach, Sulzbach-Rosenberg and even Amberg. For traditional bavarian food the Golden Greif restaurants is 5 minutes away. You can also enjoy local cuisine from the butcher, bakery and Cafe with fresh baked goods. The local farmer offers fresh, organic vegetables and fruits on a daily basis. Easy access to local ammenities: Edeka, Tower-Barracks, Rose-Barracks.
