Quick access to rt-24N; 1 hour to Boston, 25 minutes to downtown Newport and 10 minutes to Bristol, RI. The space This adorable waterfront cottage has been upgraded to suit modern life offering a big open living space that encompasses the kitchen. The cozy living space with pullout queen sofa walks out three large sliders to a spacious deck. Just up the tight, historic staircase are two bedrooms with queen beds: an ocean-facing primary bedroom with en-suite bath and small balcony, plus another sizable queen bedroom. Stand-up paddleboard and towels provided for guest use. Guest access You will have the whole house to yourselves! Electronic keypad entry to the house, private water access. No laundry access for guests. Other things to note This property is waterfront. There are several gates enclosing the private space, but accessing the water via the rock waterfront can be hazardous, even for adults. Water access is to be done at guests own risk.
