After staying in hundreds of Airbnbs ourselves, we've taken inspiration from our favorite properties and created the warm, personal atmosphere for the perfect stay. Our property consists of three units, yet your space feels completely private. All areas shown in the photos—including the yard—are for your exclusive use. To reach the yard and sauna, you’ll head down a long outdoor staircase to a perfectly serene slice of heaven. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood cherished for its tranquil atmosphere, we ask all guests to help maintain the serene environment by keeping noise levels considerate. This creates a restful retreat for both you and our wonderful neighbors. Guest access The roads up to the home are not for the faint of heart but are well worth the journey. Once at the home, it is a short 5 min drive to Tuna Canyon park, one of the most beautiful parks in the area as it offers a 180 degree view of the pacific ocean from LA up the coast of Malibu. Both Topanga village and the beach are accessible within a 10-15 min drive. Our home is also well positioned to go over the backside of the mountain to access the beautiful landscape of Malibu as well as Calabasas. Other things to note Unfortunately with the dry heat year-round, fires are a common risk throughout California. We advise our guests to sign up for local alerts in the case of an emergency. Having been through a fire scares here, we also feel very confident in the local authorities to take fast and effective action. Furthermore, the location of our home allows multiple evacuation points that are very reassuring.
