This apartment is a jewel above the rooftops of Vienna and spreads real Viennese charm with a lot of love for detail. (also within walking distance) ★ Numerous restaurants, shops within walking distance The space We lovingly call our apartment our little castle. The generosity of the rooms is reminiscent of the time of Sissi and Emperor Franz Josef. The wide views up to the Viennese house mountains are truly unique and you will be heartbroken! Only when I'm traveling myself, I open my home to guests. So you have the unique opportunity to feel at home in an old building apartment typical of Vienna with high walls and parquet floor. The rooms are very spacious. You can both sleep, work and relax and still have enough space to spread out. There is 1 living room and 2 separate walk-in bedrooms. Bedroom 2 will only be made available from a booking of 5 people. The sleeping arrangements: Room 1: King size bed (180 x 200cm) or adjustable as 2 single beds Single sofa bed (can be moved either to any other room). Room 2: double bed (140 x 200 cm) - European double, between US full and queen Living room: pull-out sofa bed, very comfortable and large (180 x 220 cm) Other things to note By booking, the guest agrees to comply with all house rules. These are as follows: 1. Each individual guest is obliged to identify themselves with a passport and to register on the day of arrival. To do this, please send me a copy of your passport for verification before your arrival and complete the guest form online in full. -> The City of Vienna requires a tourism tax that is not included in the accommodation costs. After checking in, you will be asked to pay the Vienna tourist tax. This is 5% of the total booking price; all booked guests and nights are already included. Please bring the exact amount in cash. Alternatively, payment can also be made online via the Airbnb account if desired. The access code for the key will be provided to you once the guest form has been completed in full. 2. Quiet hours are in the house from 22:00 – 9:00. Please avoid loud playing music. Thank you. 3. No smoking inside the apartment. Unfortunately also not in the hallway or by the window. 4. No partying or events are allowed. This apartment is our home where we keep our private things, so I hope you respect our privacy. 5. We separate garbage into: Paper (bag at the entrance), glass/metal (bag entrance), Organic (small trash can under the sink) and other garbage (white trash can in your room or large trash can under the sink) 6. I'm happy if you take off your street shoes in the hallway. Feel free to take slippers hanging next to the shoe closet. (In case of violation of House Rules 1-4, there is a €1000 fee.)
