La Villa Paqueray, designed by an architect in 2022, is located at the top of the Carolles cliffs, with breathtaking views of the Pointe de Cancale, the Chausey Islands and Granville. This luxury property features a 2200 m landscaped enclosed garden and overlooks the long sandy beach of Carolles, directly accessible via a staircase (150 m from the house). A detached house, it comprises one floor: The ground floor features a large living room with 2 lounges (library, TV, internet...), an open-plan dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen....
