It was built in 2019 and meets the highest standards of quality, location and amenities. 6 adults, 2 children and up to two dogs can have a wonderful time here. The property is completely enclosed and therefore quiet and protected in the middle of beautiful nature. There is an open, bright living room with kitchenette, dining table and sofa corner. Three cozy double bedrooms as well as a sofa in the living room have enough space for everyone. In the villa there are also three bathrooms with toilet and shower as well as an additional guest toilet. Special holiday pleasure offers the beautifully designed outdoor area with several (covered) terraces and barbecue, many seating and lounging facilities by the pool and of course the pool itself with a separate hot tub. A private sauna with relaxation area, treadmill, table tennis table and darts are included. The village of Radošinovci, where the villa is located, is not far from Lake Vran. Lake Vran is also a nature park with an ornithological reserve and beautiful cycling track. The royal town of Biograd as well as magnificent beaches in the Zadar and Šibenik region will delight you (about a 15-minute drive). For children, there is also a fun water park within 20 km. The heated outdoor pool with hot tub and is available from April until the end of October.
