The space The main bedroom on the upper floor and the two bedrooms on the lower level have 2 double beds 160cm and air conditioning. The second bedroom upstairs has a bunk bed and air conditioning. The kitchen has a hob, fridge and freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave and an additional tap with water filter for drinking water. In the upper living room there is a pull-out couch as well as two comfortable armchairs and a television. In the living room below there is a sofa bed and a television. In front of the house you can grill comfortably on the gas grill in the evening sun and enjoy your meal at the large extendable table. A few steps below the upper floor is the whirlpool and a seating area with lounge furniture and a large parasol. There are several sun loungers and parasols at the large pool (8x5 meters). In autumn and winter it is possible to heat the pool (for an additional charge and depending on the outside temperature) There is a washing machine and another refrigerator in the basement. A deposit of 350 euros in cash is due upon arrival, which will be refunded upon check-out on the day of departure, provided there are no damages.
