Quiet and central location, approx. 10 minutes from the train station, approx. 15 minutes from the banks of the Rhine. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, has 2 bedrooms with TV (double bed & 3 single beds), living/dining room with TV (sofa bed), fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, WAMA), bathroom with shower and toilet. Terrace with south orientation. One pet is allowed. All rooms with smoke detectors. Smoking in the building is prohibited. Towels and linen included. The space The apartment is on the 1st floor of an old building from 1909 and right in the heart of Eltville. Freshly renovated and lovingly furnished 60 square meters await you. These are spread over two bedrooms (1 double bed, 3 single beds), a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine with dryer, shower room with toilet, as well as a large living /dining room. Our beautiful south-facing balcony offers relaxing evenings in our lounge corner. Both the living/dining room and the double room have a TV with Magenta TV. You can access Netflix, Prime, etc. via your own access data. All bedrooms have electric shutters to darken the rooms. If you need to work with your laptop during your stay, a height-adjustable desk with monitor (incl. HDMI cable) is available in the 3-bed room. The apartment itself has free Wi-Fi. From the apartment you can reach the old town of Eltville, the banks of the Rhine and some well-known wineries in a few minutes. You are welcome to bring your four-legged companion. €2 tourist tax per guest per night from 18 years is included in the price. Looking forward to seeing you soon!
