The highlight – the large bright room is only connected to the sun terrace with direct access to the Jacuzzi and the sauna by large glass sliding doors – by the way, also a great sleeping room for guests who have their four-legged friend with them – the sliding door goes directly into the large garden. The second highlight created by the new extension is another higher sun terrace with wonderful sea views. This terrace is entered from an almost separate, second sleeping area on the upper floor – this consists of the second beautiful large bedroom, the associated travertine bathroom (en suite) – shower and toilet and a huge granite sink. This area is connected to a small library - with direct access to the sea view terrace. By the way, the house even has a third terrace which is integrated into the large garden, which looks very stately through the imposing driveway and through the entrance gate. The heart of the house is the large living, dining and cooking area of about 60 m², which can be reached through a pretty entrance area with a wardrobe - in which the guest toilet is also located (it must be mentioned ... ..the sink in the toilet is cut from a granite block and weighs over 350 kg). The living area is kept very open, the kitchen offers plenty of space to let off steam and of course an extra wine refrigerator is a must. Of course, the beautiful and very quiet location exactly between two magnificent nearby sandy beaches - one from the entrance gate on the left at a distance of 60 m - and the other on the right at a distance of 50 m - is very important.
