Enjoy your break in an object that combines the comfort of a modern and fully equipped apartment with the charm of rural living in the middle of nature. The beautiful Haselbachtal is ideally located between Dresden, Meißen, Pulsnitz, Kamenz, Bautzen and Görlitz. Many of our guests love the special location for excursions in all directions to the Spreewald, the Elbe Sandstone Mountains or to the Czech Republic and Poland... The space At the edge of the village, overlooking meadows and fields, the entire residential unit is located in a semi-detached house. It has been completely renovated and is now looking forward to its guests. Via the separate entrance, you will find the slightly different living area on the ground floor with open kitchen-living room and pool table next to a cozy sitting area as well as a 43-inch Smart TV with internet (please have the registration data ready for common streaming services yourself). A comfortably furnished kitchenette offers everything you need for a desire to cook. The shower room with underfloor heating has direct access to the new sauna (for a fee). A large bedroom upstairs has a comfortable double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m and a single bed 0.90 x 2.00 m for you and is complemented by an en-suite toilet. New box spring mattresses as well as a selection of soft and firm pillows ensure a good night's sleep. Towels and linens included. In summer, we have insect repellent on all windows; the shutters protect from light and heat. A sunbathing area only used by you with terrace, barbecue and outdoor furniture is located by the house. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all areas in the house. Children are welcome, for this a baby cot, a baby chair and appropriate dishes are available until the age of 2 years. In addition, another child or adult can stay in the single bed. Please note the stairs to go up to the upstairs bedroom. No sleeping facilities are offered on the ground floor. What else is possible, home office without a separate desk? Sure, then like to use "eat & work" - the easy solution for working in the private environment. By extending the table, you have enough distance from the screen and can continue to use the area all around for any occasion, whether food, crafts or home office. Guest access You are of course completely on your own in the accommodation. The hosts live in the semi-detached house next door. A private parking space in the carport is available free of charge. The other parking space is used by the hosts. Bicycles brought along can also be parked there. If necessary, bicycles, strollers, etc. can be accommodated in a lockable room. Other things to note The sauna is reserved for you during your stay and can be booked as an option at any time. The following additional costs will be charged for this: Total 25€ per day (max. 4 hours) incl. final cleaning, electricity and during the stay per person in addition 1 sauna towel, 2 towels and 1 bathrobe.
