Welcome to our guest house with billiards and sauna near Dresden. The property is located in the idyllic Haselbach valley in the middle of the West Lusatian hill and mountain country - just 10 km from the district town of Kamenz and is ideally located between Dresden, Meissen, Bautzen and Görlitz. Many of our guests love the special location for excursions in all directions to the Spreewald, the Elbe Sandstone Mountains or to the Czech Republic and Poland. The space Enjoy your break in an object that combines the comfort of a modern and fully equipped apartment with the charm of rural living in the middle of nature. At the edge of the village overlooking meadows and fields is our guest house. The house comprises a living area of about 65 m² on two floors and is suitable for up to 3 people and 1 baby. An additional sleeping option for another child can be requested. The open living area with kitchen as well as the shower room with underfloor heating and adjoining sauna (extra charge) are located on the ground floor. Here you will also find the billiard table, a large dining table and a comfortable seating area. Netflix and chill on 43 inches or your own console on the TV, with our free Wi-Fi everything is possible. The comfortably furnished kitchenette offers everything you need for the pleasure of cooking (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer). The large bedroom with a double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m and the single bed 0.90 x 2.00 m is upstairs, here supplemented by an en-suite toilet. New box spring mattresses as well as a selection of soft and firm pillows ensure a good night's sleep. Fresh towels and linens included. In the warmer season, we keep insect screens on all windows; the shutters protect against light and heat. In summer, a lawn with terrace, grill (charcoal) and garden furniture, used only by you, invites you to relax. In the natural garden, you can use your own sports and play equipment. Children are welcome, for this a baby cot, a baby chair and appropriate dishes are available until the age of 2 years. There is also a high chair for the older ones. Please note the stairs to go up to the upstairs bedroom. No sleeping facilities are offered on the ground floor. The property is not accessible due to the stairs. What else is possible, home office without a separate desk? Sure, then use "eat & work" - the simple solution for working at the expandable kitchen table. Guest access You are of course completely on your own in the accommodation, we hosts live in the half of the house next door. A private parking space in the carport is free of charge. The other parking space is used by us hosts. Additional storage space is available. Bicycles, strollers, etc. can be accommodated in the carport or in a lockable room. Other things to note The sauna is reserved for guests aged 18 and over during the stay and can be booked optionally at any time. The following additional costs will be charged for this: Total 25€ per day (max. 4 hours) including final cleaning, electricity and during the stay per guest in addition 1 sauna towel, 2 towels and 1 bathrobe.
